Electric Campervan With Toilet
Hi looking for electric campervan with toilet and I own a 2002 Hobby Prestige, 620 SMF UK Special I’m needing to have removed and scraped asap (free) I’m hoping you will be interested and able to help. At the moment the caravan is in storage in the Gower Peninsula, Swansea and has not been moved or used for over 2 years. The storage owner understandably wants it removed. The caravan is not damaged apart from a few bumps.

All the windows are in tact and it has all the original fixtures and fittings with manuals which were all in good working order before being put into storage. I have the key, documentation relating to ownership and registration and receipts for parts/labour. No one has entered the caravan for 2 years so I’m not sure what the condition is internally, but was very good again before being stored. Also after vw t5 campervan rugs. Thanks for you time.

I like hard standing pitches then if its raining you don,t get a quagmire outside the door when fitting bessacarr spares. I agree, hard standings are very good in the wet but some sites put everything in line unlike the picture posted. I hate the gravelled pitches - really sore on the old tootsies and knees.
We got round that problem last year we bought a carpet a proper camping carpet its fleecy and the little ones love sitting on it also it keeps the cold damp from coming up.

I must admit that I am not keen on some of these carpark like sites though it is better for repairs with bessacarr caravan spare parts. It is not so bad when they are full but in the off season I always think it is a shame as it spoils the scenery.
We were on a grass fully serviced pitch in Cornwall this year. When we arrived there was a huge puddle just across the way from us but it drained very quickly when the rain stopped. This site also went round with a sit on lawnmower/hoover contraption that quickly lifted any debris left by the previous occupants. I definitely prefer grass pitches or hardstanding for the van with grass alongside.

We use waterproof backed picnic blankets, so easy to lift and give a shake outside in the morning. We eat in the awning and these can be easily washed if anything gets spilled.
I have to disagree with your disagreement. I think your photo accurately proves my point - imagine the same scene when the site is full - driving down the road would be just like driving through any modern housing estate I will give you the repairs with bessacarr caravan spares point though.

It does not take long all you do is follow the traffic and keep to the right you will be ok as long as you remember to overtake on the left.

Driving in France is actually a darn sight easier than driving here and such a pleasure. Open roads and light traffic means you can eat up the miles, even towing. You get used to it very quickly but you do need to remind yourself to drive on the right.
The drive from Calais to the site is a good, easy one, mainly on excellent motorways. Even the city of Rouen is easy to navigate through, by simply following what TomTom says. You'll absolutely love it I'm sure - everyone else has after their first tow in France! Any of you guys selling any bessacarr parts?

Hi can you help? I am looking for bessacarr accessories near me. Takes about 10 mins to get used to driving on the wrong side of the road after that it's all plain sailing till you enter your first roundabout oops they are so forgiving and quickly get out of your way and you can scare the living daylights out of your passenger when you try to overtake also the whole village will come and wave you off when you leave with their happy smiling faces.

Its much more relaxed as there are less vehicles on the better roads than in UK I have for years reset my watch to "French" time and then swapped it from my left wrist to my right one I then when approaching a roundabout etc think keep the watch to the kerbside.
The first time we left Calais 45 years ago we went round the first roundabout the UK way and met the following car head on but without contact much to the amusement of watching French dockers. Its easy to get mixed up on lonely roads especially when you stop on the "wrong" side for fuel etc. Hi we are desperate to find some cheap bessacarr motorhome accessories can you offer any help?

Swift Bessacarr
After working in Germany for 4 years I drove back from Berlin in my swift bessacarr and on leaving the motorway at Sandbach set off on the right hand side of the deserted road so do remember to relearn driving on the left I have the air brakes as well. We've been taking the car abroad for over thirty years - and the only problem so far has been a blown engine in Italy. What seems to work for me is to take easy (I usually plod along at around 50 mph ) regular breaks and realistic daily targets.
The only time I have to remind myself about the road is on the approach to roundabouts. This really applies if you are taking the first right exit and it is to remember not to turn too quickly and put the bessacarr motorhomes wheels over the kerb as you join the roundabout.
