I don't think we have particular loyalty to Swift, and in fact between changes we have hated some of the things they've done.We have had a lot of luck with Bailey caravan replacement parts in the past so may revert to them.
In general we have no complaints about their product and I guess there's a better-the-devil-you-know at change time. We have spread our favours around dealers though we have used one 3 times and they know us by name which provides some encouragement too I guess. Good question; brand loyalty in the UK is actually quite strong, it is in our national make up to be like this. The alarmingly high resistance to switching gas and electric supplier is a good example.

Campervan Breakers
With most products its two strikes and out for me; I've had two go wrong, fail prematurely or whatever and I won't go their again if I can help it. I started this policy when buying from campervan breakers a few years back before we decided to stick with caravans.
So I don't buy Sony, Samsung or Epson products as their failure rate in my domicile has been alarming. I know others will disagree with my results but those are the most unreliable brands I have ever owned products by.
I'm on my 3rd Saab as is my wife. We had Vauxhall, BLMC and Mazda before them.

Caravans; LaBoheme, then Lunar and currently Fleetwood. I would buy Fleetwood again as they are one of the few that make the text book worse layout to tow but best to live in. And you can get some great accessories in the caravan shop.
I would also go back to Lunar no worries. As I like to be a little left field in product choice that makes Swift and Bailey bottom of the pile as they are what 60% of caravanners choose. It is good to be a little different.
I tend to stay with the same manufacturer if their product is of good quality. and after sale service is good.

Manufacturers are often very loyal to their customers as these are franchisees or wholesalers. With few exceptions a product manufacturer of things like a caravan fridge has little to do in a direct sense to the end consumer of Bailey caravan window spares.

Very true! When I built my car, you dealt directly with the factory who were renowned for their friendly helpful attitude, then the owners sold the company, not been the same since. Also static caravan furniture for sale can be made to measure.

The one we had was full of damp and was in a worse condition than the 30 year old Lunar we replaced it with. The Lunar feels much more solid and is pretty much dry after all this time.
